Led Zeppelin / Autographed, rare original poster for The Old Refectory, Southampton University, England, Monday January 22nd 1973. Signed by all four band members on the day of the concert. Signatures were obtained in person by event organiser Clive Fisher, with a letter of supporting providence from Clive. The poster is in very good condition with pin holes to corners & some nicks to edges. The Band played to a sell-out crowd of a 1000 at The Refectory also known as Clive's or The Black Hole. Sold with two original press cuttings from the time & a photocopy of the original reviews in the Southampton University, Student Union Wessex News. Estimate £2,000 - £3,000

The Beatles, Paul McCartney. Cavendish Avenue original late 1960s City Of Westminster, NW8 enamel / steel street sign. Property No7 in The Avenue has been Pauls London home since 1966. He purchased the house in 1965 for £40,000. This sign one of a pair being auctioned. Approx 35.5"x17.5" & in very good condition with a few rust spots to edges
